Orders can be picked up Tuesday to Friday 10:00 to 15:00.

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

UK Shipping Rates

We ship with Royal Mail and Evri depending on the size and weight of your order.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@archoco.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
